Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

2/3 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 c. Canola Oil
1/4 c. White Vinegar
1/4 c. Salad Vinegar
1/4 c. Water
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Sugar (or equivalent zero-calorie Sweetner)
1 tsp. Garlic Salt with Parsley Flakes
1 tsp. Chopped Onions
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Celery Flakes
1/2 tsp. Piliteri's Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cilantro

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until they are evenly dispersed. Store in a shakable container. Shake vigorously before each serving. Dressing can be stored without refrigeration.

Makes about 2 cups (16 oz.).
