Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
3 cups Powdered Sugar
1 & 1/2 cups Pecans
1 package Almond Bark

Directions:

Mix Pecans, Peanut Butter, and Powdered Sugar together. Form into one-inch balls and place on wax paper. Chill for 1 hour or more. Melt Almond Bark in a double boiler, or microwave in a suitable container. Dip peanut butter balls in almond bark and place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Use toothpicks or a fork to retrieve balls from almond bark. Scrape excess almond bark off bottom of fork as you transfer to wax paper. Place balls in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to solidify. Allow to come to room temperature and serve.

Makes around 32 balls.
