Snow Cream
Ingredients:
1 Egg*
1 cup Milk
3/4 cups Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Clean Snow**
Directions:
Mix Egg, Milk, Sugar, and Vanilla together. Drizzle this mixture over clean snow in a bowl. Mix with a spoon and serve.
*N.B. Raw eggs have the potential to cause Salmonella. Eat at your own risk.
**N.B.To get clean snow, find a large surface like a car, mailbox, or porch and scrape a layer off the top. Do not scrape all the way down to the surface.
Makes around 4 servings.
