Ben Stiefel

Like a lot of people, I was saved at a young age. When I was eight years old, at youth camp, I decided to ask Jesus Christ in my heart. I have been blessed to be raised in a Christian home. Both my mom and dad are very strong and dedicated Christians. When I got into junior high I decided to conform to the group of friends that I hung out with. I began living a life that did not glorify God. It got even worse when I was in high school. At church, I was the good kid that never did anything wrong and people were always telling my parents what wonderful kids they had but at school it was a different story. I had the worst mouth anyone had ever heard and I started experiencing the party scene. When Christmas break of my sophmore year, I really started examing myself. I started feeling something inside of me and it was Jesus Christ tugging at my heart. I decided to rededicate my life and I did a complete 180. I even accepted the call into ministry. When I went back to school, everyone noticed the change in my life. I am not going to say that everything has been perfect ever since but Christ has blessed me so much. Now at the age of twenty I am still pressing forward to follow Christ and know him better and more intimate every day. I would not want it any other way.
